7 Key Lessons from "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson."

1. Failure is the way forward.

2. The man who believes he knows everything learns nothing.

We cannot learn anything without first not knowing something.

3. The avoidance of rejection (both giving and receiving it) is often sold to us as a way to make ourselves feel better.

4. Death scares us.

And because it scares us, we avoid

Thinking about it,

Talking about it

Sometimes even acknowledging it

Even when it's happening to someone close to us.

5. Certainty is the enemy of growth.

Even then, it's still debatable.

6. If you want to change how you see your problems,

You have to change what you value

And how you measure failure or success.

7. You and everyone you know will eventually die.

In the short amount of time between now and then,

You have a limited amount of F*cks to give, so focus and prioritize your thoughts effectively.

Thank you for reading.
